Camilletti Milner Pit #2 Amended (6-12-09) <br />Exhibit L: Reclamation Costs <br />The existing Camilletti Milner Pit#2 which is permitted for 45 acres has art incremental <br />bond of $100,000 based on 23 acres of disturbance at any one time. <br />The proposed Amendment will add an 80 acre expansion area to the currently permitted <br />45 acres. The proposed maximum area of disturbance will be 25 acres in the expansion <br />area and 35 acres in the existing pit area, for a total disturbed area of 60 acres. <br />In order to come up with a new Reclamation Cost for the revised total disturbance area, <br />the original bond of $100,000 will be increased by a factor representing the increase in <br />overall disturbance area (60 acres/23 acres =_2.61) and increased to- account for inflation <br />(2.8%/year). <br />$100,000 with 2.8% inflation for 8 years = $124,723 <br />Apply factor for increase in overall disturbance area <br />$124,723 x 2.61 = $325,527 <br />The revised Reclamation Cost is $325,527.
