As requested, I am submitting a portion of the information necessary. The owner of some of the <br />properties is not available until next week to sign the documents required, and we will supply additional <br />information at that time. This letter and the enclosed information is not intended to address and correct <br />all the deficiencies identified in your letter. <br />2. Please accept our apologies for the bizarre printing. We have still not been able to figure out why <br />the software (Adobe) did that, and only on some of the copies of the document printed out. <br />3. Enclosed are: <br />a. Three copies of a memorandum for record explaining the various names being used. <br />b. Three copies of the FONSI (Finding of No Significant Impact) and the ROD (Record of <br />Decision) from US Bureau of Land Management. I understand that in some cases, this <br />document serves as the "permission to mine" granted by a landowner, in this case, the <br />US Government. (Please let me know if additional documentation is needed.) <br />c. Three copies of the Environmental Assessment conducted by the BLM, the attachment to <br />the application which was not legible. <br />4.
