Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS) has completed the first Adequacy Review <br />for the Ansley Pit #2 Conversion Application, Permit No. M-1995-027. Listed below is the <br />additional information we require in order to process the application. <br />General Operation Information <br />Part 5. Please indicate by circling the appropriate entry whether the 500 refers to lbs per year or tons <br />per year. <br />Rule 6.4.3 Exhibit C - Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Mans of Affected Lands <br />Please refer to Rule 6.4.3 to ensure that maps submitted display all of the requirements of the <br />Rules and Regulations. The Division's adequacy review indicates that the following items, at a <br />minimum, are missing from the maps required in this exhibit: <br />a) All adjoining surface owners of record. <br />b) The names and locations of all creeks, roads, buildings, oil and gas wells and lines, power and <br />communication lines on the area of affected land and within 200 feet of all boundaries of the <br />area. The Division's on-site inspection conducted 22 May 2009 indicated the presence of power <br />lines on site or within 200 feet t of the site, as well as buildings on adjacent land to the south. <br />c) The existing topography of the area with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray the direction <br />and rate of slope of the affected land. <br />d) Adequate as submitted. <br />e) The type of present vegetation covering the affected land. <br />0 In conjunction with Exhibit G - Water information, Subsection 6.4.7. <br />g) The owner's name, type of structures, and location of all significant, valuable, and permanent <br />man-made structures contained on the area of affected land and within 200 feet of the affected <br />land.
