• RECLAMATION COSTS EXHIBIT L <br />• <br />• <br />The worst case reclamation scenario occurs at the end of Phase 1, when the greatest length of <br />slope is unreclaimed. Due to the topography of the site, and its post-mine land use of an <br />industrial yard, at the end of Phase 1 the active mine face will run a length of 1010' and no <br />concurrent reclamation will have occurred. The near vertical highwall will be knocked down to <br />3H:1 V and then topsoiled and revegetated.
