All <br />calculations have assumed a topsoil thickness of 12 inches. If the topsoil depth changes as the pit <br />advances, then the amount of topsoil left in the piles will vary. The berm along the east side of <br />the pit will remain in place after reclamation to contain runoff in the industrial yard. <br />3. Haul Roads and Access <br />The mine access road will be built along the west side of the site, connecting to LaSalle Road to <br />the south. This access road will not be reclaimed at the end of mining to allow access through the <br />site. The industrial yard will be accessed by a second road that will be built at the south end of <br />the site once Phase 1 is mined out. <br />4. Reclamation Timetable <br />The timetable for reclamation is shown below in Table E-2.
