The Technical Revision was requested by the Division as a <br />result of a routine inspection conducted at the Dowe Flats Mine on November 13, <br />2008, and the subsequent inspection report generated on December 5, 2008. A <br />check for $216.00 is enclosed for the TR Application Fee. <br />• Permit Boundary / Permit Acreage <br />The current permit boundary is shown on the attached map (Figure 1: <br />Current Permit Boundary). The boundary is the 1994 Amendment <br />boundary minus three (3) acreage reductions requested by Cemex and <br />approved by DRMS.
