(7) Appropriate maps and cross sections showing: <br />• (i) Federal lease boundaries and serial numbers <br />Federal oil and gas lease COC 62055 with oil shale stipulations overlies the entire 160-acre <br />RD&D Tract. Lease COC 62055 is held by Williams Production RMT Company. <br />No other leases are known to occur on the Tract. <br />(ii) Surface ownership and boundaries <br />The entire 160-acre RD&D Tract is owned by the United States and administered by the Bureau <br />of Land Management (BLM). All existing Rights of Way (ROWs) on the Tract are also <br />administered by the BLM. <br />(iii) Locations of existing and abandoned mines and existing O & G well locations <br />No abandoned mines occur on the AMSO RD&D 160-acre Tract. No existing O & G well <br />locations occur on the AMSO RD&D 160-acre Tract. <br />• (iv) Typical cross sections <br />Not applicable to AMSO's RD&D 160-acre Tract <br />(v) Location of shafts or mining entries, strip pits, waste dumps, retort facilities and surface <br />facilities; <br />No shafts or mining entries, strip pits, waste dumps, or retort facilities occur on AMSO's RD&D <br />160-acre Tract. An existing monitoring well occurs on a prepared drill pad as previously <br />described in this POD. A plugged and abandoned exploration well (Yellowstone Sulfur Creek <br />#1) occurs on AMSO's RD&D 160-acre Tract as previously described in this POD. <br />• <br />46
