. (4a)g) Typical schematics of all drilled well types including those used for heating, freezing,
disposal or production activities detailing all casing and completion design including
materials used in all cementing operations
Drilling Program Overview:
The AMSO Oil Shale RD&D project is located in T. 2 S., R. 98 W., Sec. 21, E1/2SW1/4,
W1/2SE1/4, 6t' PM, Rio Blanco County, Colorado.
The Pilot Test described in this Plan of Development requires constructing three additional wells
on existing drill pads in addition to those previously permitted and, in some cases, already
constructed.
The first additional well is the Heater-Producer Well T-1, which will be drilled from the Test Pad
and completed under the TM Pad. The other two additional wells are tomography wells (TM-5
and TM-6) to be drilled from the TM Pad. The location of these new wells is shown in Figure 4-
6.
The diagrams and drilling procedures for T-1 and the TM wells are based on the latest design
parameters, but are subject to change as new information, modeling, and testing evolve.
Previously permitted and constructed wells include two exploration wells (CH-1 and BH-1),
• three hydrological monitoring wells on the MWP 2 Pad, and one hydrological monitoring well
on the HB Pad. Four tomography wells (TM-1 to TM-4) also have been permitted. One
tomography well will be drilled in the Spring of 2009, and five will be drilled within the next
year.
•
28
