• This includes but is not limited to spills from tanks, vessels, flow lines transports, piping, <br />drums, sumps, pits, and any type of equipment. <br />Spills are not limited to crude oil and produced water, but include treating chemicals, <br />cleaning solvents, liquid wastes, solid wastes, and excessive air emissions that are <br />released into the environment. <br />8.5 Ciean up <br />• All spills and releases shall be addressed in a timely manner with a high priority placed <br />on reducing exposure to the public and to environmentally sensitive receptors such as <br />surface waters and groundwater. <br />Spills shall be cleaned up (removed and contained) immediately by the party responsible <br />for the spill at its expense. <br />• AMSO may be able to provide guidance to ensure that the impacted media (soil or <br />contaminated materials) is handled and disposed of according to the applicable local, <br />state and/or federal regulations. <br />• <br />is
