+ Check that AMSO personnel working onsite meet OSHA, requirements regarding <br />training and other qualifications. <br />• :Be familiar with local emergency services. <br />• Conduct site-specific training as necessary and a health and safety meeting before <br />work startup and daily thereafter. Additional meetings may be required for <br />specific job tasks or site activities. <br />• Maintain and inspect PPE and safety equipment, monitor onsite hazards, and <br />monitor the physical condition of site personnel. <br />• Maintain health and safety files, which will include training, tailgate safety <br />meeting notes and rosters, inspection reports, or other health and safety <br />documentation, as applicable. <br />• Shut-dowel operations that pose an immediate danger to life and/or health threat <br />to site personnel. <br />+ The SSHO may designate other site personnel to assist with routine health and <br />safety tasks. <br />+ Provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) for all chemicals brought and/or <br />used on the job site. 0 <br />SUBCONTRACTORS: <br />+ Attend Site Specific Training Course, if required. <br />• Follow the directions of the SSHO or Site Superintendent. <br />• Read and understand the requirements of the SHP and SSHP, if prepared, and <br />sign the appropriate acknowledgement form. <br />• Do not enter work zones unless the appropriate OSHA required training and <br />medical monitoring has been obtained and documented and documentation has <br />been provided to AM SO. <br />• Use PPE as specified by the manufacturer and obey all work site signs. <br />• Follow all basic safety procedures accepted in the industry in accordance with the <br />Subcontractor's Safety and Health Plan. <br />• Provide MSDSs for all chemicals brought acid/or used on the job site. <br />VISITORS: <br />0
