Additionally, all the berms and disturbances created by installing the access road were <br />reseeded. There is good growth on most of these disturbances. The road will be removed <br />and reclaimed approximately 2011. <br />Proposed 2009 Operations: <br />Operations will be in conjunction with operations on Glacier Peak Mining claims and <br />Crystaljack mining claims between mid May and extend through early August and be <br />conducted primarily using a John Deer 992 and/or 690 track hoe. <br />Site D at the SW end of the Tree Root Extension Claim and Site I on the Blue Streak No. <br />1 will be opened and excavated. A portion of Site J will also be excavated. <br />Site D will be filled and reclaimed. A small portion of Sites J and I will remain open. <br />Both will be bermed and made safe for winter. <br />Site visits, including mineral extraction, reclamation, and claim maintenance will be <br />continued throughout the season. <br />Anticipated 2009 Disturbances: <br />Approximately 0.85 acre total will be disturbed at Sites D, I, and possibly J. <br />Proposed 2009 Reclamation: <br />Where practical, any disturbances will be filled, re-contoured, and reseeded. <br />Approximately 0.75 acre will be reclaimed. <br />Approximately 40 mixed ponderosa pine and Douglas fir and 30 mixed wax currant, <br />meadow rose, and mountain mahogany will be planted on Site C and E during May. <br />Sufficiency of Bond: <br />A reclamation bond of $ 17,693 is set aside with the State of Colorado for this permit.
