Natural~innel drainageways will not be <br />altered or relocated for the puzpsoes of light-use road <br />con~.vction. <br />Stream Crossings. Drainage strtrcttn-es requried for crossing <br />streams will no affect the normal flow or gradient of the <br />stream, adversely affect the fish migration and aquatic <br />habitat ar' related envisnrnre~rtal values. <br />4.03.2(7) Reclamation.
