Peabody Coal Ccmq~any will emtstxvct, <br />maintain, arcs reclaim haul roads to minimize erosion and <br />siltation, air and water pollution, aryl damage to public and <br />private property. To the extent possible, using the best <br />technology currently available, haul roads will not cause <br />damage to fish, wildlife, or related environmental values and <br />will not cause additional contributions of ~+~~*+~~ solids to <br />. streamflow or to rumff outside the permit area.
