The Division received the above-named amendment application on April 27, 2009, at its Durango field office. The
application was reviewed for completeness, and numerous items were found to be missing or deficient. They must be
submitted or corrected in order for the application to be found complete and therefore considered "filed" with the
Division. Where relevant, these items are noted in order of their appearance in the application form or exhibits. Please

The operation is identified here as "Montoya Pit (aka. Grandview Plaza Pit)." Other references in the application
variously identify the operation as " Montoya Pit Expansion," "Grandview Gravel Pit Expansion, " and "Montoya
Gravel Pit Expansion." In order for the Division to update its files as needed and to be consistent, please clarify which
name is to be used for this operation.
