Enclosed with this review are four letters the Office received in regards to this operation. <br />One of the four is the objection letter received from the McCanne Ditch and Reservoir Company. <br />The other three letters were from the Division of Water Resources, the Office of Archaeological <br />and Historic Preservation, and the Army Corps of Engineers. Several of these concerns are <br />identified in the adequacy review; however please respond to each of these letters. <br />This concludes the Division's preliminary adequacy review of this application. Please remember <br />that the Division must make a recommendation for approval or denial of this application on June <br />17th, 2009. As previously mentioned if you are unable to provide satisfactory responses to any <br />inadequacies prior to this date, it will be your responsibility to request an extension of time to <br />allow for continued review of this application. If there are still unresolved issues by June 17tH <br />2009 and no extension has been requested, the Division will recommend denial of the <br />application.
