On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, follow are its <br />responses to the DRMS' comments and concerns. <br />1. There typographical error was corrected in the first sentence of the second <br />paragraph of revised page 63. <br />2. The narrative on page 68 and the Figure 2.05-5 schedule was modified to clarify <br />the East Mine revegetation timeframes. The schedule for most of the East Mine <br />reclamation work was moved into 2008. Since the East Mine is being reclaimed <br />during 2008, the loadout reclamation was moved to 2009. There are no entries <br />for the West Mine reclamation since it is nearly complete. <br />3. The heading on amended page 68 was amended. <br />4. The narrative on page 72 was amended to specify extensive roughening <br />seedbed preparation will be performed on all areas to be broadcast or hydro- <br />seeded. The method of extensive roughening was also explained. <br />5. The "Fertilization Methods" narrative on page 74a was amended to specify soil <br />testing will be performed on areas that are not plated with topsoil. Sampling <br />parameters and standard analytical procedures were also specified. The <br />narrative specifies that phosphorus fertilizer will be applied prior to seedbed <br />preparation based on the results of the soil test analyses and that areas of low <br />nitrogen fertility would be visually assessed and nitrogen fertilizer added in a <br />subsequent growing season, if vegetative growth indicates that such amendment <br />is warranted.
