IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and date of
abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of violations cited
during previous inspections.
NOV CV-2009-002 Abatement
On or before June 1, 2009:
Regrade gullied ditch segment adjacent to Scotchman's Gulch road fill, install riprap or adequate TRM liner in
the channel to control erosion in accordance with regulations and permit requirements, reseed areas disturbed
by erosion repair and area of sediment deposition between toe of fill on east side of road and south bank of
Scotchman's Gulch channel, and install additional temporary erosion control measures such as straw wattles or
silt fencing to minimize further sediment deposition from the fill vicinity into Scotchman's Gulch channel.
