ACCESS PERMIT: Current permit issued by CDOT is valid and will remain in place <br />until completion of 2008 and following years' construction of SH-160/SH-550 interchange, and <br />will then be revised as necessary. Current planning will require Montoya Pit access to be via the <br />new traffic circle (roundabout) constructed approximately 1/2 mile east, connecting to a frontage <br />road running along the old railroad grade, and to the access road built through the current Wilson <br />Gulch Pit. <br />10. CULTURAL RESOURCES: Refer to previous applications and amendments and BLM <br />environmental assessment. All Section 106 requirements have been met. <br />11.
