This map shows and overlay <br />of the topographic map of the area. Logan County will reclaim the affected area to the <br />original topographic contours as indicated in this map. The map is to the appropriate <br />scale and is signed and dated. The map also shows the boundaries of the current <br />affected area and the proposed expansion area. <br />EXHIBIT J: Enclosed is updated information giving the description and percentage of <br />plant species currently present on site. <br />EXHIBIT K: Enclosed is more specific climate information. <br />EXHIBIT M: Enclosed is an updated list of other permits held by Logan County on the <br />affected area. <br />EXHIBIT P: Enclosed is an updated list of municipalities within two miles of the <br />Schumacher Pit. Peetz, Colorado is an incorporated city. <br />EXHIBIT S: Enclosed is a copy of the letter to High West Energy from the Logan County <br />Board of County Commissioners accepting liability for damages to their power line <br />occurring as a result of regular mining activities at the Schumacher Pit. The power line is <br />the only permanent structure within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected area and that <br />of the proposed expansion area. There are wind generator turbines in the area of the <br />gravel pit but none is within 200 feet of the boundary of the current or expansion areas. <br />Also enclosed is the proof of mailing of notice to the adjoining surface owners and the <br />legal notice as it appeared in the Sterling Journal Advocate.
