Enclosed is an updated Section 12, page four of the <br />application, indicating the change. Also enclosed is a certified signature page, as <br />requested. <br />EXHIBIT B: Enclosed is a new Index Map that is signed and dated and shows the <br />affected area and expansion area boundaries. <br />EXHIBIT C: Enclosed is a new map indicating the adjoining surface owners, Exhibit C (a), <br />complete with information that was missing on our previous submission. Enclosed are a <br />new Topographic Map Exhibit C (c), a new map of the total area of affected land Exhibit C <br />(d) and a new Aerial Photo, Exhibit C (i).
