• 13.20 Emergency Response Plan <br />CC&V has developed an Emergency Response Plan (` ERP") for use by employees as a <br />guide for the prevention, control, and reporting of releases of chemicals and petroleum <br />products at the Cresson Project and to respond to potential fires. The ERP is comprised of <br />several documents including the SPCC Plan, the Cyanide Emergency Response Plan, and <br />the Fire Protection Plan. The ERP is provided in Appendix 12 of Volume VII of this <br />document. The plan lists emergency procedures for controlling releases, including <br />equipment to be used, and designates personnel for notification purposes. The plan is <br />based on the current and expected future storage and use of these substances which will <br />not change under the MLE.
