We are also including a copy of a signed affidavit of posting of notice signs on April 15, 2008 <br />along the permit boundary at the following locations along with a description of the posted <br />notice language: <br />Carlton Security <br />Ironclad Security <br />American Eagles Road gate <br />Vindicator Trailhead <br />Poverty Gulch Trailhead <br />Victor Administration Office <br />Photos will be taken of the postings and made available to OMLR. A tentative public comment <br />deadline of June 15, 2008 was posted on the signs; this date will be updated once the application <br />is deemed "complete" by OMLR. <br />Notice has been given to the Teller County Board of County Commissioners and the Teller-Park <br />Soil Conservation District of the Natural Resources Conservation Service and their signed <br />acknowledgement of receipt of the notice is included in the application in Exhibit Q. Copies of <br />the application will be distributed to both of these agencies once the application has been <br />determined complete. A copy of the application will be placed with the Teller County Clerk and <br />Recorder on April 15, 2008 and a signed affidavit will be inserted with the application in Exhibit <br />R. Once the application has been determined complete, CC&V will place additional copies with <br />the public libraries in Cripple Creek and Woodland Park. <br />Upon determination of completeness, CC&V will also publish notice once a week for four weeks <br />in the Cripple Creek Gold Rush. A copy of the proposed newspaper publication is also attached <br />to this letter. <br />Subsequent to the filing of this application, we will be filing this seven volume document with <br />Teller County along with information required for an amendment to our Cresson Project Mining <br />Development Plan with Teller County. A copy of the County application will be provided to you <br />for informational purposes when that document is submitted to Teller County. <br />A check in the amount of $7,475.00 is attached as the fee for an amendment to an existing 112d- <br />3 operation.
