ameO <br />Earth & Environmental <br />smooth drum vibratory roller. Fill placement by method specification as outlined in the Project <br />Documents. <br />2) LOB Conveyor Corridor <br />Rockbreakers completed drilling blasting pattern at cut area at conveyor transfer station 5. Cut <br />area has not been shot yet. <br />C) Subgrade Preparation <br />1) LOB Pad Soil Liner Fill (SLF) <br />The SLF and fine grading of the LOB Pad was completed on Wednesday AM in preparation <br />for the Geomembrane. Field densities taken by Nuclear Methods (ASTM D-2922 & 3017) are <br />passing with tests > 95% of Standard Proctor (ASTM D-698). Water contents were at or near <br />optimum. Depth checks to verify clay thickness were taken and recorded on the SLF. Depths <br />measured meet or exceed the project specifications. All depth check holes were filled with a <br />mixture of bentonite and water. <br />2) LOB Conveyor Corridor <br />Conveyor Alignment 1, Station 0+00: Repairs to the Geomembrane have been completed, <br />tested and recorded on Phase IV pad. 2-feet of drain cover fill was placed on the <br />Geomembrane completing the work. 2-feet of select structural fill placed and compacted to the <br />bottom elevation of the planned footing. In place densities by Nuclear Methods (ASTM D- <br />2922 & 3017) indicated tests were passing with results of 97% and 98% of D-698 (Standard <br />Proctor Density).
