*Note that drilling will be done in phases and no more than 50 boreholes will be unreclaimed at <br />any time. Final reclamation may not be determined until after three years and growth has been <br />documented, but each hole will be sealed, back-filled and surface reseeded shortly after drilling. <br />Reclamation will be concurrent with the exploration and development efforts and complete <br />within twelve months of termination of mining efforts. <br />The following seed mixture has been approved by the Bureau of Land Management for use in <br />Montrose County, Colorado within the pinyon/juniper/sagebrush environment and will be used <br />in the application rates shown for re-seeding of disturbed areas. <br /> <br />Scientific Name <br />Common Name Application Rate <br /> <br />lbs. The column that is bolded shows the pounds Pure Live Seed for each <br />species that is needed to be applied for each acre. <br />The seed will be accompanied by an official seed analysis report that provides documentation to <br />show no noxious weed seed per Colorado State weed law and more than 0.5% other weed seed. <br />The seed documents will be one of the following, a certified Blue Tag, an independent seed lab <br />test, or a seed lab analysis supplied by the vendor. <br />A weed survey was conducted in October 2008 and described in Appendix F - Wildlife.
