As such, any site visits require proper <br />protective equipment, training and notification of the operator. MRV maintains strict <br />compliance with MSHA regulations which was jeopardized by your unauthorized <br />visit of today- <br />While we are aware that your were invited by one of the land owners, Mark Steen, on <br />this visit, MRV would, like to point out that CFR30 rules and regulations apply, <br />despite Mr. Steen's authorization. At this time, we are unaware of any compliance <br />that Mr. Steen has with the training requirements of kart 48 of the CFR. As such, Mr. <br />Steen is not legally capable of escorting you on an active federally regulated mine <br />site. Under the Joint Venture Agreement that MRV (as a subsidiary of Olobal <br />Minerals. Ltd) has with Mr. Steen, we are required to permit Mr. Steen access to the <br />Properties, provided that this access is in compliance with all regulatory structures in <br />place on the site. <br />Please realize that we regret having to notify you of this issue regarding the non- <br />compliance of your site visit. Farther, we certainly do trot wish to alienate you or <br />your office via this notification. As the liable pemr ttee, we must make clear that <br />there are regulations which, on your site visit, were not followed and that this must <br />not occur in the future. <br />VIA FACSIMILE <br />MRV believes itself to be in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, <br />most specifically those enforced by your office. In the event that this compliance is <br />questioned, MRV would request that, prior to any entrance into our MSH.A regulated
