a new pond will have to be permitted and constructed before production resumes at the Cash <br />Mine. <br />When Matt Collins assumed responsibility for permitting at the Gold Hill Project, he <br />became aware and bound by every word that was submitted to the DRMS. He was also bound by <br />the permit conditions that were imposed on the previous permitted operators. As the General <br />Manager, he was responsible for permit compliance and was obligated to insure that every <br />commitment MRV made in order to obtain its permits was carried out. I am very confident that a <br />thorough review of the permit files and the activities of MRV under Mr. Collins' management <br />will resolve any issues that have been raised.
