Therefore, your <br />;hill tailings underground emplacement is currently "authorized by rule" in accordance with "Title <br />40 Code of "Federal Regulations (40 CFR) Sections 144.24 and 144.84(x), This; withorization is <br />based on information provided in your application and is valid fear: <br />the emplacement of flotation tailings from the Gold Hill Mill into existing <br />underground workings or openings of the Cash Mine (the Class V well) with <br />or without a non-toxic cementingragent, <br />and is limited to the locaticn(s) indicated in the application that we received Deccrriber 5. 2007. <br />All injection wells are regulated tinder the UIC Program in accordance wwiih 40 CFR Farts <br />144 and 140. which have been promulgated under Part C of the Safe Drinking. Water .pct. 42 <br />l_jnited States Code Sections 1421 through 1428.
