Earth & Environmental
CC&V held a Weekly Contractors' meeting on March 31, 2009. Items discussed included Safety,
Environmental, Schedule, QC documentation, and CQA.
Ames Construction:
Daily safety meetings are performed prior to each shift. These have been used to discuss work areas,
procedures, testing requirements, etc. Safety meetings are now conducted in the VLF equipment staging
area.
AMEC:
Derek W, Project Manager - General project status. John Lupo, P.E. was on site this Friday to review the
work progress.
