Overburden Rock to Stockpile LOB Pad During the week, a Komatsu 800 excavator was used in the LOB Pad area for removal of all shot rock for transport to the Joe Dandy stockpile. Transport to the stockpile using four Volvo haul trucks. 2. LOB Delivery Road Overburden shot rock this past week from Stations 32+00 (+/-) to 26+00(+/-) and Stations 1+00(+/-) to 3+00(+/-) has been transported to the Joe Dandy stockpile using 4 Cat 777 Haul Trucks, a Komatsu 800 excavator, and a CAT 875 track excavator aided by a Cat D-10 dozer. (Double shift work) Rockbreakers continue drilling the LOB Delivery Road cut between Stations 19+00(+/-) to 17+00(+/-) for blasting. Blasting was scheduled most every day this week. Rockbreakers has been working double shifts, weather permitting. 3. LOB Conveyor Corridor No overburden rock transported to Joe Dandy stockpile. D. Cut to Fill 1. LOB Pad No work performed during the week. 2. LOB Delivery Road Shot overburden from Stations 32+00(+/-) to 26+00(+/-) was transported to Stations 35+00(+/-) to 37+50(+/-). A Cat D10 dozer was used for the fill placement and compaction by method specification was performed using a smooth drum vibratory roller. Due to cold conditions, fill temperatures were recorded during periods of fill placement. Results indicate no "frozen" material was placed. 3. SLF Processing (Material is being generated/processed for the LOB and the VLF) The SLF clay plant, located in SGOSA (Squaw Gulch Overburden Storage Area) Dump 5 is in the process of being dismantled. A new plant is due to arrive.
