The original 112 <br />Construction Permit No. M-1978-349 is being revised based on this Technical <br />Revision per the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety Construction <br />Materials Rules and Regulations. <br />Exhibit A - Legal Description <br />The overall site is the same site as in the original 112c Permit referencing the legal <br />description in the original permit. The USGS coordinates for the main entrance are <br />included as an updated portion of this Exhibit A, as follows: <br />The main entrance to the mine sited has specific coordinates of latitude and <br />longitude, expressed in decimal degrees, to an accuracy of at least five <br />decimal places, per Rule 6.4.1.2, given as: <br />Latitude: 39.53614° N <br />Longitude: -107.74892° W
