However, subsequent renewals of the plan may rely on this source. Prior to claiming this replacement source in any future plans the applicant must provide evidence that they have obtained approval in accordance with the May 2005 Interim Rule of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District ("Northern"). Little Cache La Poudre Ditch The two Little Cache La Poudre Ditch ("Little Cache") shares were historically used to irrigate 73.5 acres of pasture grass. Using a Blaney-Criddle analysis the potential crop consumptive use for the 73.5 acres of pasture grass was determined to be 105.1 acre-feet. Assuming a 10% ditch loss and 55% farm efficiency the dry year consumptive use was determined to be 74.4 acre-feet. Aggregate will utilize 0.1 shares of the Little Cache for replacement purposes in this plan. The consumptive use credit associated with 0.1 shares is 3.72 acre-feet. City of Fort Collins Lease The Applicant has leased 7.18 acre-feet of fully consumable replacement water from the City of Fort Collins.
