• <br />` IV. PROJECT DECISION: . <br />The Minor Site Plan for the Cameo Sand Off loading facility is approved with the following <br />conditions: <br />1) Steps will be taken to limit the tracking of mud onto I 9/10 Road. If mud is <br />tracked onto the road, the operator shall be responsible for its prompt removal. <br />2) The operator shall take measures to limit the amount of dust generated from the <br />load out and on site haul road. In addition, all truck loads shall be covered to <br />prevent material loss. <br />3) There shall be no on site storage of materials or equipment other than those listed <br />in the minor site plan application/narrative. <br />4) Any adverse impacts generated fiom this operation such as noise shall be <br />mitigated to the maximum extent practical. The Planning and Economic <br />Development Department reserves the future right to require the mitigation of any <br />adverse impacts to the area if deemed necessary as regulated by the Mesa County <br />Land Development Code. <br />5) Any significant change in the use of the load out facility from that proposed in <br />this land use application will require review and approval by the Planning and <br />Economic Development Department. <br />• Basis: <br />Upon compliance with the conditions of approval, this project can comply with the <br />requirements of the Mesa County Land Development Code (2000 , as amended), including, <br />but not limited to: the Use Regulations in Chapter 5, the Density and Dimensional Standards <br />in Chapter 6 and the Development Standards in Chapter 7. <br /> <br />A15-2-3 <br />
