1. No maintenance is allowed on the existing way in Jerry Creek except for
minor maintenance using hand tools only.
2. The PVC pipes will be gray pipe or white may be utilized if painted
with a color that blends with the natural background colors.
3. Vehicle access during muddy conditions is not allowed.
4. Powderhorn Coal Company will be jointly responsible with the oil and
gas operator (Maralex) for the maintenance of the gate located on the saddle.
