15. The attached Lake Discharge Cross Section shows the longitudinal profile of the
discharge ditch after reclamation of the site. In addition to the ditch profile, is a
detail of the slope riprap grouting necessary to protect the river bank at the outlet
of the ditch.
16. A more diverse vegetation seed mix has been developed for the lake discharge
channel. This has been included in the Reclamation Plan Revisions.
17. The lake discharge channel invert is at approximately 5363.5' elevation. The lake
surface is also approximately at 5363.5' elevation, since the discharge will lower
the water surface equilibrium to its level.
18. The permit text has been corrected to show the original permit was 26.13 acres,
with the addition of 115 acres from the Amendment No.1 in 2000.
19. The permit text has been revised to clarify the Reclamation Plan Revision.
20. See attached maps.
21. See attached maps.
Attached to this response letter are updated maps for the technical revision and
replacement pages for the technical revision hard copy in the DRMS office. Please direct
any further questions or comments to me.

Ben Langenfeld, Project Engineer
Greg Lewicki & Associates, PLLC
