IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and
date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of
violations cited during previous inspections.
Notice of Violation CV-2009-001 was issued as a result of this inspection for, "Failure to minimize
erosion and resultant siltation beyond the disturbed area." See Section III, Hydrologic Balance,
for a description of the NOV. The abatement requires Bowie to, "Install and maintain effective
erosion and sediment control measures to minimize siltation beyond the disturbed areas" by
March 5, 2009.
