Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety hereby issues notice, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, <br />Section 118, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, that on December 6, 2007, an application to renew an <br />existing permit to conduct coal mining operations at the Hayden Gulch Loadout was considered complete for the <br />purposes of filing. All review and comment periods as provided in the Colorado Surface Mining Reclamation Act <br />and the Rules initiate from this date of filing. <br />Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc. proposes to continue Other coal mining and/or reclamation operations on land <br />located approximately 2 miles Southeast of Hayden, Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: <br />Portions of. El/2 Sec. 10, WI/2 Sec. 14, E 1 /2E I /2 Sec. 15, N E 1 A Sec. 22, N W 1 /4N W 1 /4 Sec. 23, Township 6 <br />North, Range 88 West of the 6th P.M. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map of Mount Harris. <br />This is an application for permit renewal RN-3. <br />A copy of the renewal application is available for public inspection at the Hayden Public Library, 201 E. Jefferson <br />Avenue, Hayden, CO 81639-1813, and at the Division office.
