4. Page 13, Section IVA: The standards for toluene and ethylbenzene in Tables IVA1 and IVA2 need to be <br />switched with one another. Also, correct the units in Table IVA2 to ug/l. <br />5. Page 22, Phase III, and page 24, G. last 2 rows in table: Per E-21 email of March 16, 2007, 22 <br />groundwater monitoring wells were recently installed for plume characterization, and sampled for BTEX <br />analysis. An air sparging and soil vapor extraction pilot test is also planned. Please submit (in duplicate) <br />an addendum to the ICAP within 30 days of your receipt of this letter that includes the following: A brief <br />status of implementation activities conducted thus far, including waste removal/disposal, and results of <br />any soil, surface water, and groundwater sampling conducted since submittal of the ICAP; results of the <br />recent 22 well groundwater characterization activities including an updated map showing all monitor <br />well locations, a recent groundwater contour map, groundwater analytical results, and well completion <br />logs; any additional proposed characterization; a groundwater and surface water monitoring <br />plan/schedule; and a groundwater remediation plan. <br />The Department appreciates your continued cooperation toward remediating this contamination in a timely <br />and effective manner.
