III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br /> Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br /> during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br /> and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br /> reclaimed waste disposal site, cover soil and topsoil stockpile sites were in good condition and clear of <br /> sediment/debris. No problems were noted at any of these locations. <br /> Fish &Wildlife <br /> Abundant elk and deer sign was present on the reclaimed portal access road. Bear scat was also seen <br /> on the lower portion of the reclaimed portal access road. <br /> Offsite Support Facilities <br /> The Loma Loadout was inspected as part of this complete inspection. As noted during the Phase I <br /> Bond Release inspection of the site(SL-1 conducted on 12/2008) the silt fence at the SAE was torn <br /> and needed to be replaced. As seen in the attached Photo No. 2, the silt fence has been properly <br /> repaired. The Loma Loadout remains stable and in good condition. <br />
