This letter will serve to notify you that Coors Energy Company is requesting Phase III <br />liability and bond release in the amount of $249,331.00 of the total calculated current <br />reclamation bond amount of $2,327,437.00. A copy of the entire bond release <br />application submitted to the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety will <br />be on file with the Division in Denver, Colorado at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />(telephone 303.866.3567), and the Weld County Clerk and Recorder's Office, 1402 N. <br />17th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80631, during the review period.
