The subject of the <br />bond release is a release from liability and reclamation bond for those areas where final <br />reclamation has been completed and successful establishment of vegetation has been <br />demonstrated under the approved reclamation plan. This includes Areas 1, 3, 4, 8, 11, 12, <br />13, 14, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 24, 26, 27, and 28 encompassing approximately 165.29 acres. <br />The current permit area is located within Sections 25 and 36 of Township 3 North, Range <br />64 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado. The permit area is <br />located seven miles north of Keenesburg, Colorado, and is accessed by Weld County <br />Road 59. <br />As required by Colorado law, whenever bond release is requested, all interested or <br />affected parties with a valid legal interest must be notified and afforded the opportunity to <br />comment or request an informal conference on the bond release in accordance with Rule <br />3.03.3 of the Reaulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal <br />Mining. <br />0
