Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan BACKFILL NOTICE Inert structural fill may be imported or utilized from existing sources, along with processing fines and reject material to fill Tract D - whose location is clearly iaentitied under hxhibit U - Pre-Minim and Muum Plan The estimated total volume of fill for this location is determined as follows: 13.46± acres x 25 feet (mean depth of basin) 336.50± acres x 43,560,sq.ft. per acre 14;657,940± cu.ft. ^27 cu.yd. per cu.ft. 5421886.67 cu.yds. total 3131.81. ft. perimeter - Tract D. x 625 sq.ft. (refer to red & yellow, Exhibit L - Addendum A: Volume Graphic): 1,957,375± cu.ft. .27 cu.yd. per cu.ft. 72,495.37± cu.yds. to remove from total above due to 1 H:1 V± existing wall. .-. 543,886.67± cu.yds. estimated basin volume 72,495.37± cu.yds. existing wall = 471,391.30± cu.yds. Total Fill required for Tract D The date of fill activity will commence at onset of approval of this Amendment, and continue for the life of the mine, estimated at 35± years. Material will be mixed with on-site processing fines and reject prior to fill to eliminate void spaces, where necessary. The filled Tract D will be re-vegetated with the approved seed mix. All material either extracted on site, or imported to the site, will be handled in such a manner so as to prevent any unauthorized release of pollutants to the surface drainage system. No unauthorized release of pollutants to groundwater shall occur from any materials mined, handled or disposed of within the permit area. I, Christopher L.
