Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />BACKFILL NOTICE <br />Inert structural fill may be imported or utilized from existing sources, along with <br />processing fines and reject material to fill Tract D - whose location is clearly <br />iaentitied under hxhibit U - Pre-Minim and Muum Plan <br />The estimated total volume of fill for this location is determined as follows: <br />13.46± acres <br />x 25 feet (mean depth of basin) <br />336.50± acres <br />x 43,560,sq.ft. per acre <br />14;657,940± cu.ft. <br />^27 cu.yd. per cu.ft. <br />5421886.67 cu.yds. total <br />3131.81. ft. perimeter - Tract D. <br />x 625 sq.ft. Total Fill required for Tract D <br />The date of fill activity will commence at onset of approval of this Amendment, <br />and continue for the life of the mine, estimated at 35± years. Material will be <br />mixed with on-site processing fines and reject prior to fill to eliminate void spaces, <br />where necessary. The filled Tract D will be re-vegetated with the approved seed <br />mix. All material either extracted on site, or imported to the site, will be handled <br />in such a manner so as to prevent any unauthorized release of pollutants to the <br />surface drainage system. No unauthorized release of pollutants to groundwater <br />shall occur from any materials mined, handled or disposed of within the permit <br />area. <br />I, Christopher L.
