The difference is 58.2 acres which is accounted for in the <br />reclaimed and seeded acreage on the ARR form. The Division's database indicates that TCC is approved <br />to disturb 540.1 acres. <br />Please include detail of location, product used, species targeted for control and an estimate of application <br />timing of weed control measures conducted in 2008. (Rule 2.04.13(e), Permit Section 2.05.4(2)(e)(vi) p. <br />2.05-114 through 2.05-114c, Rule 4.15(5)) <br />Please find a copy of the Division's review of TCC 2008 Annual Reclamation Report included with this <br />letter.
