The attached table itemizes the items and <br />associated quantities the reclaim the site at that time. We request that the Division <br />calculate the bonding requirement. <br />The box under WCR 64 for the conveyor will also remain after mining and reclamation are <br />complete. It is anticipated that the proposed expansion of County Road 64 will include <br />the structure in the expanded right-of-way for the road. The applicant will continue to <br />work with Weld County to see if it is appropriate to leave the open box within the right-of- <br />way, if not applicant will backfill the box. <br />The conveyor system is an asset of the applicant. It is unlikely that the DRMS would be <br />responsible for the removal of the conveyor system.
