EXHIBIT E

Reclamation Plan and Timetable - (Letters in parenthesis correspond to
the appropriate sections of Rule 2.)

(a and b) - Present land use on the property is sand and gravel mining.
The areas around the present ponds provide limited habitat for water
' fowl and small animals at the present time.
The ultimate land use after completion of mining is a combination
of private recreation and wildlife habitat (see Map in Exhibit F).
(d) General - The area will be reclaimed as a private park with four ponds
' totaling approximately 95 acres. Grading and backfilling will be
conducted during and immediately after mining of each area and will
produce a relatively uniform ground surface between the ponds. Slopes
will be no steeper than 3:1. Topsoiling, seeding, and watering will be
carried out by the operator until vegetation is well established.
A setback zone approximately 50 feet wide along the river will not
be mined.
The reclamation plan consists of ponds with habitats designed for
waterfowl nesting and regarded, revegetated shorelines. Slopes will be
no steeper than 3:1 and adequate setback and ground surface elevation
will be maintained to preclude any significant disruption of the Cache
LaPoudre River due to the presence of the ponds.
M

i
