The crushed aggregate <br />required for the State Highway 24 project will use approximately 8 <br />acres of phase #3, considering that only approximately 60% of the <br />material will be usable for this project, due to the strict requirements of <br />the aggregate for this project. <br />8. Hard Rock Paving & Redi W. Inc. includes in our technical revision <br />of Permit #M-84-01 Chapparral Meadows Pit, Hartsel, Park County, <br />Colorado that the entire area of approximately 67 acres be claimed a <br />mining area, with mining taking place from West to East, joining <br />eventually with the already mined area in phase 1. <br />9.
