All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1984-101 remain in fisll force and effeu*.. <br />The estimated liability amount of $58,870.00 for the Chaparral Meadows Pit, when added to the existing liability <br />amount of $53,130.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done.so, please submit <br />additional bond in the amount of $58,870.00.
