amec <br />Earth & Environmental <br />CQA ACTIVITIES: <br />SUMMARY: <br />Derek Wittwer and Joe Hickey arrived on site from Denver, CO at 10:00AM on January 13, 2009. After <br />attending the weekly construction meeting a site tour was attended with Thomas Sheppard (CC&V). Site <br />mobilization, including site office, and facilities was the primary function through the week. <br />No night shift work was performed during the week. <br />No work was performed on Saturday, January 17. Currently no work activities are planned for Saturdays <br />but Ames has indicated that Saturday will be used as a make up day in the event of delay or stoppage <br />during the current planned work periods Monday to Friday. <br />• Two AMEC Earth and Environmental representatives (Joseph Hickey and Derek Wittwer) attended <br />the weekly construction meeting at 10:00 AM. Construction progress, scheduling, and issues were <br />discussed. <br />• Site specific training was completed by both AMEC representatives. <br />1. It was understood that mobilization tasks were the week's main priority and the majority of time <br />would be spent setting up AMEC's facilities. It was also discussed that the majority of the reporting <br />regarding construction activities would not start until Monday January 19, 2009. <br />Spoke with Tom and Ron (CC&V) concerning site activities and mobilization progress.
