Items discussed included <br />Safety, Environmental, Schedule, QC documentation, and CQA. CC&V requested that Ames <br />follow-up on the geomembrane purchase with an update to be given to CCTV on February 24. <br />CC&V directed the Contractor to ensure that Ames notifies Amec in advance of any work around <br />mine workings and particularly for any locations were remediation is required. <br />• Tom S. - Amec and CC&V discussed general progress by Ames and the fill placement in the <br />LOB/Delivery Road. <br />• Tom S. - Amec discussed drilling progress in the Elkton Mine workings area. The drillers have <br />had mechanical problems during the week. There has been indication of an additional drilling rig <br />being brought to site. <br />• Tom S. - Discussed field staffing and materials testing and samples that have been collected <br />during the week. <br />Ames Construction: <br />• Amec and Ames discussed daily work activities during the week and work procedures for fill <br />placement.
