There will be no acids, toxins, or chemicals used in the operations of mining the permitted area. <br />There have not been any acids or toxins known to this area that would be encountered. If any such <br />problem would occur, we would contact the appropriate agency and it would be handled and disposed <br />of within the regulations of that agency. <br />L. There should be no disturbance to the hydrologic balance. There is no water right of ways on <br />permitted area. The surface water runoff on existing ground will continue to be allowed to run around <br />area. The areas annual rainfall is 14". This area is fairly dry so the permitted area would not cause any <br />offsite damage. <br />M. The deposit will be processed from time to time on site. A portable screen would be brought in <br />and setup to screen the deposit for the correct gradations required for project. Most of the time, no <br />screening would be necessary. No chemicals will be used. <br />N. The primary commodities are sand and gravel for ranching and farming and construction use. <br />The secondary commodities would be borrow for ranching and farming and construction use. <br />0. There is no incidental products expected out of permitted area. <br />P. There will be no explosives used in mining operations.
