EXHMrr B
Site Description
Grasser Construction & Paving, LLC (Applicant) Stewart Pit II
The site is now pastureland that is basically made up of native grass and yucca plants that are found in
eastern Colorado. The site slopes to the south. Soils are made up of Eckley Wages Complex (which is
a gravely sandy loam) and Manter Sandy Loam which is also a sand loam. Slopes range from 2% to
5%.
Man-made structures include a fence on the east side of pit boundary and on to the north side of pit
boundary.
There is a culvert next to the County road that Grasser Construction & Paving, LLC will own.
There is no surface water resource. We would not run into any water resource. Water table elevation
runs from 180 - 1000 feet in depth.
